By accessing RichMen.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to every clause within this agreement, you must cease use of the platform immediately.
2. Eligibility Requirements
Membership is restricted to individuals who are:
- At least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- Legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- Not prohibited by law or previous platform bans from using our services.
3. Verification Mandate and Account Security
RichMen.app is a verified-only community.
- Mandatory Review: Every profile must pass our dual AI and manual verification process.
- Interaction Limits: Accounts that have not completed verification or paid the required fees face strict interaction restrictions.
- Credential Security: You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify support@richmen.app immediately if you suspect a breach.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for the following:
- Providing false identity data or “placeholder” images.
- Harassment, stalking, or any form of abusive communication.
- Solicitation of funds, commercial advertising, or promoting external services.
- Using the platform for any illegal “engagement” or activities prohibited by local laws.
5. Community Logic: Women-Led Interaction
Our platform operates on a specific security model:
- Initiation: Only members who are both Paid + Verified may initiate conversations.
- Response: All verified members may reply to received messages.
- Content: We reserve the right to remove any profile content that does not align with our “Old Money” and high-end aesthetic.
6. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All site architecture, logos, UI/UX designs, and copy are the exclusive property of RichMen.app.
- User Content: You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display your uploaded content for the sole purpose of providing our services.
7. Subscription Terms and Payments
- Fees: Membership fees are clearly stated within the application.
- Billing: Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital services and verification costs, refunds are only issued in cases of technical error or as required by mandatory consumer law.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without notice, for:
- Violating any clause of these Terms.
- Failing the verification process.
- Remaining inactive for an extended period.
9. Limitation of Liability
RichMen.app provides a platform for social connection. We are not liable for:
- The conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
- The accuracy of information provided by other members.
- Any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RichMen.app harmless from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
